   The developer is in the process of coverting land status from leasehold to freehold and they will probably start to sell when approval is obtained. For more information on exact launching date and pricing, kindly call the developer at 04-2293999

    IJM will soft launch The Spring this Saturday 3rd-May from 10am at E&O Hotel Penang. Booking fee is 20k per unit. It is already 50%+ sold out by now so hurry if you want to get one.

    I missed “The Spring” launching last month located at E&O, but I’m very interesting this project. u’stand this project already sold out only left bumi lots. When wl open bumi lot for public & can I reserve 1st? Can I know the price list for flwg types G/F/E/C/A.

    I bought type A level 9, service charges around RM150.00++
    All units sold out in the soft launch day except bumi lots, for bumi lots to release, if not mistaken, is 6 months after launching, or elase the developer has to pay bumi contribution to our local government for early release.

    Heard that some lower level type A offer at RM320k.
