I bought type A level 9, service charges around RM150.00++
All units sold out in the soft launch day except bumi lots, for bumi lots to release, if not mistaken, is 6 months after launching, or elase the developer has to pay bumi contribution to our local government for early release.

Heard that some lower level type A offer at RM320k.
