Though it is very nice and price wise…its alright…but how can people stand the smell there…even passing by the jelutong express highway itself and smelling the smell of burning rubbish its too much for me…smelling burning rubbish everyday? hmm…

I agree for those the view there is great but viewing rubbish disposal site everyday is not a very nice view…. >

the basketball court will make the environment not so good. istead of basketball court, it is nice if it change it to a lanscape garden where families can have a nice leisure spot. Basketball will atract more energetic outsider to play on it and will create more noice and problem…. please reconsider it..
